Artist Statement
Promoting Positivity by
Setting the Foundation for
Future Generations to Build Upon.
As an artist influenced by the rich traditions of Indigenous Americas-Mexico, my work aims to address social conflicts and inspire hope for a brighter future. Personal growth through education and self-awareness is key to fostering meaningful change. My art focuses on vibrant color and abstract realism while revitalizing discarded materials. By transforming used pigments, oils, and pastels, I celebrate repurposing. I collect forgotten treasures—worn gloves, leftover paint scraps, neglected paintbrushes—that contribute to my installations and represent renewal. Through my art, I spark conversations that promote positivity and equality, inviting viewers to reflect on their values and personal growth. My installations challenge the status quo, emphasizing waste reduction and recycling as pathways to progress. Rooted in my experiences, my work reflects the societal aspects I believe we can improve for future generations. Together, let’s envision a more sustainable and harmonious future.

I look forward to sharing this journey with you!
